This person will foresee disagreement and control them early in time before people start getting hurt.

People also have a lot more respect for one another in absentia of wrangles. This allows for effective team work and hence increased productivity. There are some people who simply cannot co-exist with others in peace. Such characters should be warned and if this does not deter them then harsher measures can be undertaken to iron out the problem.
